Annual Antiques and Uniques Festival We'll have a booth at two Vermont events this summer. We'll be at the Annual Antiques and Uniques Festival to benefit the Vermont Children's Aid Society on Saturday, July 12th from 10-4, along with over 100 vendors. The festival will take place at the Craftsbury Common in Craftsbury, Vermont. Admission to this event is FREE. Vermont Sheep & Wool Festival We'll also be at the Vermont Sheep & Wool Festival September 6&7, 2008 at the Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Junction. More info www.vermontsheep.org. Jay Peak Arts & Craft Fair We have a great time at the Arts & Craft Fair hosted at Jay Peak Resort in Jay, Vermont, each October! It’s a chance for us to showcase our hand-spun and hand-knit products during this lively two-day event. Co-op members love to share information about fiber preparation and do demonstrations of various fiber arts techniques for anyone interested. Monthly Public Meetings The Mountain Fiber Folk hold public meetings during the evening of the first Monday of each month, from 6:30 pm tp 8:30 pm at the town library. Come and share ideas about fiber, fiber animals or fiber projects. |
